Today is a sad day, for it marks the last post of my xenophobic review series on the great Australian No Patience records. But what a post it is! Based on their name, I was actually expecting a fist-pumpin' d-beat record, but I've been fooled again! Instead, Warchildren play some whacked hardcore in the vein of all those weirdo and anomalous 80s hardcore bands we all love. Featuring members of Teargas and Insurgents, this might be the most "real" band of the four No Patience bands I've posted! The band churns out three faster, more classic cuts on the A-side, then Sieges it up with some saxophone on the longer, yet still manic, "Cheatin' Bitch" on the flip side. A future classic right here, maybe even a future bonzer!
